Default what is causing vibration on driver side only, steering wheel is fine

feeling vibrations around 65mph and up only on the front drivers side area, the steering wheel is fine. I got the tires balanced so its not that. I'm thinking its one of the suspension parts?

Don't know if this is related but there's a click noise when i push down on the driver side when the car is parked for awhile but only once, after that its gone. I can only hear the click noise the first time i push down on it. Park the car overnight and push down then i can hear it again.

Lexus Service History shows the upper strut support on the front has been replaced. Is that the same as the upper strut mounts? Can upper strut mount installed incorrectly cause this? if not what can it be? Its very annoying and i wanna fix this problem, please help!

If it creaks when you hit a bump it could be the ball joints. Did you have the tires road force balanced? Are the nuts on the struts(top & bottom) tight?

no sound when i hit a bump, the tires are not road force balanced but they are balanced. i changed the rims and tires to diff ones and it still does that so i don't think its the tires.

Vibration is only on the drivers side and the sound it makes when i push down is only on the drivers side.

I gotta check if the nuts on the struts are tight. Should I just change the lower ball joints and caster arms to see if it goes away?

Jack up the car and see if anything is loose and compare the play of one side to the other.

How old are your tires?

One set is brand new, the ones on them right now isn't. Same thing with the new and old tires. don't think its the tires, must be suspension related.

just changed the caster arms and ball joints today but the vibrations are still there. Done alignment and road force balance too. What's next? Does bad UCA or LCA cause vibrations? bad shocks or springs? only on driver side from 40mph and up! at 65 i feel it alot!

There must be a part wrong just don't know what. I'm out of ideas!!

Check LCA and LCA #2 bushings. Also check for play on all suspension parts.

Check your motor mounts for excessive play.
