Default EBAY strut bar any good?

I was just browsing through 2gs parts on ebay and came across this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Front...item4cf925b886

Is this any good? =\ or is it crap like almost every other replica on ebay?

You should ask the seller if it's hollow or solid because that's the real difference but if you're comparing it to having no strut bar at all, then yes, it's a good deal. Having a generic strut bar versus not having one at all makes a noticeable difference.

Just make sure you install it the right way...with all 4 tires on the ground.

I was looking around for strut bars for the GS300 and I found one for around $20 bucks cheaper. I'll try to find it again.

Looks nice, not really feeling the orange color, though.

I say go for it, you won't regret it. I've got a Tein one, but I don't think there's a BIG difference with the generic ebay one.

FYI: I'm pretty sure all the strut bars out there are hollow. If it was solid, the weight would be significant and so would the price. The difference is on weld quality and how it is braced inside the hollow bar.

I wouldn't have gotten that one. I don't know, that one seems to be more for looks. Save your money and get something like this:
