my 01 gs430 passenger side blows hot air only need help

Default my 01 gs430 passenger side blows hot air only need help

hey guys i recently purchased a 01 gs430 for a good deal but the only flaw that it has is the passenger side vent blows hot air only if i have the a/c on it blows cold air on the driver side only. has anybody has experienced this problem? please help thanks

Think its a relay or something.. It happened to my ES..

not to insult your intelligence or anything but did you made sure the driver side and passenger side temperature in the climate control are the same?

TRUE, but im going with most probable assumption we shall see i guess but i will bet you something (seriously) its a servo

OP u hear any funky noises or does the air not work in any other configuration?

I quickly jumped to the conclusion that it was a servo issue. Do you really think the OP had the passenger's side temp much higher than the driver's side? Think about it.

Same issue happened to me last yr, went to my mechanic, he recharged my AC and everything normal again. He said because I don't use my AC as much it's actually bad for ur AC system.

because of how our system circulates this isnt really a normal situation. i cant call shenanigans without having looked at it but this isnt typical and freon doesnt typically act like this
