Default Is it possible to repaint your car to a different color?

I think I have the most unmodifiable color. Burnished Gold Metallic. Am thinking of white/Black or just some other color.

^^^^ You can make any color look nice, a nice drop and the right set of rims will do wonders

Yep, 18"s from a G35. You can find used ones for 400 or less. These were powder coated to a dark grey finish. I was planning to use these as temporary wheels until I get some LM reps, but I realized this isn't so bad after I lowered it. Compare it to the first page haha

I agree. Just by lowering makes it look much better. At least a no gap drop IMO. A slammed ride isn't for everybody though, depending on your roads and driving habits

Default Question

I recently picked up an 03 GGP sport design and I noticed the rain drip guard that goes from the front windsheild to the rear paint is peeling. Underneath the paint looks like a nice smooth aluminum finish. My question is is this piece supposed to be painted or aluminum. I took some pics to explain.

^ IIRC, they are aluminum beneath the paint. Another member here stripped the paint off those 2 pieces

so they are supposed to be painted. I can see why the paint didnt hold, really smooth surface underneath. I was thinking of stripping the paint off but not sure how it would look. Probably just end up painting it over......thanks

Either get it repainted or strip it completely. Stripped will look better than peeling.
