Default Leaking transmission dipstick tube

Any one have any issues with the transmission dip stick tube leaking? it looks like there are 2 parts to the tube, one that connects directly to the tranmission and a second tube that the dip stick sits in the engine bay. Anyone have an issue with some leaking at that seam? thanks

My transmission fluid was leaking through the top, where the dipstick goes in. Reason was.. because I didnt have enough fluid in the tranny. I thought it was leaking in the middle too, so I tested it by wrapping the top of the dipstick hole with paper towel first and drove around for a day or two and there was fluid all over the paper towel. (so i didnt have to move on to the middle)

I "think" you check the dipstick when your car is hot after a drive, and running at the same time and it should be in the HOT mark.
