NOOOOBIE in florida....
well ill start off by sayin that alot a people told me not to join this site cause noobies get blasted lol . i have to say that reading a few threads in here that dont seem to be the case. after searching for a few second gen gs400 or 300's for that matter i finally found one in my area that will work for me. its a 99 gs300 with a buck fifty on it. some rock chips up front from the owner doing tons of highway driving.the radio display is dark and the rear tint needs to be redone. ill get pics up soon since iam picking it up after work tomorrow. this will be my first lexus since iam a die hard honda/acura fan, but i worked at lexus for 2 years and fell in love with this body style. yeah its not a baller 430 but since its my daily family car its going to have to do. there just are few out for sale in my area. iam 28 with 2 kids so this had to be a choice for a comfy family sedan.i also live on the sun coast of florida (bout and hour south of tampa.) well enough rambling i just wanted to say hi and that i look forward to gaining some insight from this place and everyone seems chill as hell....and yeah i know this thread is worthless without pics ill get them up soon...

Welcome to CT, I live in kissimmee Florida so its good to see another Gs owner in florida. This is one of the best forums around and the only people I've seen get flamed are the ones who ask without searching.

cool thanks for the welcome. and yeah i try and use the search key lol...iam on a few other forums ( i have a supercharged civic wagon, and a acura coupe with an RL swap) as well as a few others. but yeah i love to lurk before i post. cool to know that you love your GS and have an extra kid. that was a huge concern when i was looking at them was the room but iam stoked to say the least. i just have to get it and clean it up and fix the odd and ends...yeah i know at the end of the day its still a used car. but once i get that ill have to make it to some meets or something...well thanks again for the welcome and look forward to my stay here.

How are you guys going with 2+ kids with the GS? Is there sufficient space?
BTW seems to be a few younger guys on here with kids already... don't feel alone now lol (1x ankle biter).
