Is there any way to stop the interior noise?

if your interior panels are making noise then maybe there mounts are broken easy to break when removing for stereo or doing lock actuators. i would check that then dyno mat everything thats what i did so much less road noise. i would find the panel making the noise and check the plastic connectors. they get brittle after 10 years...

I have rear deck rattles as well. Gotta find where it's specifically coming from. It's driving me nuts!

Previous owner must of had a high end system in their and bump it everyday. I would suggest sale then buy a new one if it bothers you that much.
