Default Aftermarket headlight for factory HID

Hey guys, i'm kinda new in the forum. I read and learn alot in here about the 2GS. Anyway, last week i hit a deer and busted the passenger headlight. I'm thinking about replacing them with the aftermarket headlights. I have a 2003 GS300 Sport Edition with "Titanium" Finished HID installed. A new OEM headlight is over $1200 and a used one is $800. I checked Ebay and saw that the aftermarket headlights are $250-$300 a pair. Most of these aftermarket ones stated that they do not fit factory HID and 1 say that extra parts are needed for the install.

Has anyone have these aftermarket headlights intalled and what extra parts were needed? Also how was the fit? Thanks in advance for the help.

You can get OEM HID housings for about $500. Dont go to dealer. Go to http://lexus.sewellparts.com/ register your screen name on here and get a huge discount. you can even search on here for used ones for cheap.

heres the lamp:

you can ask about the titanium ones.

No one makes aftermarket HIDs, they only make halogens. The best aftermarket replacement is Depot. they also carry Green tint

All of the electonics are still good. just the plastic housing is broke. I would like to replace both headlights that way they are matching.

I found a pair of Titanium Finished on Ebay but they want $1200 for them. If I decide to get them than I might sell the old pair.

This is the only one that says will fit factory HID but with extra parts needed. I called them several times and left messages but got no reply.
