then your gonna lose the pimp autoleveling feature......
I'd rather have 4100k/autoleveling then not, get more looks when car is parked and people see the lights move up.

EDIT: Plus 8000k is actually less then 4100k output wise on the road. It may be more purplish but it won't be any brighter on the road it will just be more...well purplish. =]

6000k is the way to go.

lol sorry enginyr, thats not what i meant by that, it's just i guess it depends what you want, your the type that wants.."Show" as do i, and so I guess 8000k looks good, but the output isn't that good. Where as a 6000k is more greenish/blue and has better output and would be more for lighting purposes.

i dunno the reason but everyone here whose had autoleveling said it gets disabled, my belief is that it's somehow wired to your stock ballasts and when they get removed so does the chip/wire or whatever it's called. Don't quote me on that.

pure swap? that's not true.... if you get 8000k you will need new ballasts. the stock ballasts can only take up to 6000k i believe

Well the install took longer than expected....30 minutes because of the slight triming. I'll do a full write up later.
