I need your help guys with following:

I am willing to buy right side mirror assembly for the 01-05 GS.
Please PM me with any offers you might have.

I would appreciate very much if anyone has free time and could check out their local junkyards to see if they have the needed part, if yes for how much (if the part + shipping will be more or less same money as for the new part from the dealer, then there is no point, so it's all about finding it for cheap.)
I will naturally pay for the part and the shipping plus will also compensate your time and effort. (We can talk about the details via PM)

Thank you.

Hello ****-adkt,

Thank you for your input!
I am aware of the forum sale section and have already created a thread there.
Thank you for a link, although their page says they are dealing with Lexus SC parts, I have written to them either way.

Could you also explain what is so funny in regards to "going to a junk yard"? I see nothing funny here and your "LOL" - funny attitude towards other peoples problems is at least bad manners, think before you write next time!

Good luck!

Thank you,
But the led-cover is pretty much fixable, the insurance company will not pay for the new ones, because I haven't stated that I even had them on the car, so when the accident happened, for them everything is OEM on my car.

The oem mirror assembly is what's broken...

I scoured at junkyards pretty often when I had my SCs, and I never once saw a 2GS. Perhaps that's where ****-adkt's 'LOL' comes in, lol. Anyways, GLWF.

However, when I replaced mine with the wrong year, I was able to swap mounts (cause the mounting bolt pattern didnt match up) also, though, the actual mirror covers are different as well, that is why they are selling different 'puddle light covers' for each year.

Hey OP, are you buying from junk yard? Why are you getting from england, are you having problems finding them elsewhere?

scratch that, I just re read it. but the last question stands, are you having problems finding it?
FOUR YEAR OLD THREAD BUMP, lol!!!
does anyone else out there know if the entire assembly will mount up?
As in are 98-00 and 01+ rear view mirrors and base interchangeable?
Reason is I have an 01 but found a good deal on 98-00 mirrors, mount, inners, everything.
Actually, they are listed as a 98-05 part, but nonetheless I know donor vehicle is pre 01.
Thanks in Advance!!!
