those calipers arent rusted.
lol
thats due to water or the chemical he used to clean up the rims for the shoot. you can achieve that effect almost immediately if you do the same to your rotors.

Naive to what? It was said already high end cars have dual set up. a main caliper and a helper.
Looking at that pic it seems like is also custom, IDK.. the Brabus set ups are different, Billet aluminum bodies 6 to 12 piston set ups. This looks like two MK4 calipers painted black with ebay rotors. can you provide more info on that set up? im wondering if its stock.
most dual set up i have seen in person, dont use anything less than a 14" rotor. the helper is usually a dual piston. this is because of heat.
HEAT is a major brake killer.. if you know stopping or slowing down from 100mph plus is not easy in stock form. mainly due to Fade caused by HEAT. the rotor needs to cool, hence larger fins, aluminum hats, aluminum calipers, ETC.. the dual set up on the GS though it may look COOL, i would doubt a big difference in performance VS a 6/8 piston single set up.

I bet if I filled my brake master cylinder with argon instead of nitrogen and somehow made it glow blue/purple every time i use my brake pedal, you'd probably have something to say about that as well.

twin 6-pot caliper will have more clamping force than a single 12-pot caliper on the same rotor. now think about how drift cars are driven and why this would be beneficial with sacrifice of fade resistance.
keep in mind that a single 12-pot would be quite long and the minimum wheel diameter would be 20". this car is running 19"s.
edit: come to the look of it, it's a 6+8 pot setup. More pots than you'll ever need.
