Option Racing TailLights
ran into a small problem installing these on my friends GS, hopefully can figure it out so maybe i can get it haha,
the tail lights connection itself is perfect, but the connectors on the turn signal dont fit..
anybody else with these led tails figure out what to do or how did yall connecti t

what year is your friends car ? got pic of the socket?The 98-00 and 01-05 the turn signals are different plugs.you have to cut the turn signal plug get the right one.http://autolumination.com/connectors.htm I did that when I had the snowflake led tails.

if you want the correct plug for the 98-00 GS reverse lights. its a 7440.
you can swap the plug or you can cut the plug off the reverse light and either T-Tap into your factory wiring or solder. That way you can go back to factory later if you want.
there are tons of options. depends how you are with very basic wiring.
if you want to keep both harnesses....T-Tap LED reverse harness to the stock reverse harness. sort of like this....
