Fuel pump pressure specs 98gs400

If you unhook the 5 prong connector to the fuel pump under back seat. With key in on possition how many volts should it be putting out. I get 10volts is that right amount?

Yes, 10v is correct. I honestly don't know why it's 10v, but it is.

Ok thats strange how new pump I got worked for about 1 hour then wouldn't come on. But when I hooked 18 volts or12 volts it would. I guess thats why I should not of bought 43 dollar pump
