Ive been looking through the forums and i found this
I also found this site where they did it to a toyota tundra.

I dont really have much, or any, experience with the fusebox in my car so i was wondering if anybody could do a quick DIY with pics. It seems simple enough but i dont want to do something wrong when i think im doing it right. Something like the Tundra DIY would be awesome.

Sorry no pictures and not too many specifics but this works:
Connect a 1 Amp diode between pin 14 (Red with Black strip) and pin 11 (Green with Black stripe) on the headlamp switch connector, with the + end of the diode connected to pin 14. To protect from installation mistakes put a 1 amp fuse in series with the diode. This grounds the fog relay when the headlight relay is grounded. Power comes to the existing 15A fog fuse directly from a 120A fuseable link so no fear of overload.
BEWARE; MISTAKES CAN MELT WIRES, OR CAUSE FIRES!
The connector is at the lower left of the steering wheel assembly. To remove plastic cover the wheel needs to be telescoped to max and the 3 screws removed, two hiding behind a straight-ahead steering wheel. The two halves are snapped together.
This works on my car (98 GS400 with no DLR lights) and should work on cars with DLR (Canadian, US 99+). Also works with all the combinations of switching states (auto off, auto on, flash etc. etc.) Fogs stay on with HIGH or low headlights, and off as before with parking lights. Great for twisty/hilly roads and country lanes. Not much use for straight highway driving.

Yea I did see it. There's a reason I didn't bring it up. Why would I go through an hour long process splicing wires when there's a quick fusebox fix? Thnx for the help tho

On that Tundra thread you posted I noticed how the guy bent the relay legs to feed the coil.
The fog light switch ground wire seems to go into the Body ECU #2, which I think is located next to the drivers side fuse box. If you can find that wire, u can cut it, extend it, and feed it into one of the bent legs on the relay.
The other bent leg on the relay you connect 12V ignition power. This is so that the fog lamps can only be on when you have the key on, in case you forget to turn the fog light switch off.
