Default Best 18s Tire Brand/Spec recommendation for stretching/ stance look

Hello i was wondering whats a good tire set up for 18x9.5 +11 front & 18x10 +5 on my 2001 gs400. and wanted to know how much camber ill need to run with that wheel setup (not trying to have too much camber), just the right amount for the offset) havent done any fender work yet but i know its mando

And i did some research and was thinking 225/40 fronts and 235/40 might be the move but im really not sure, still indecisive, if you got any helpful info id highly appreciated it!

Asking for some clarity. I searched high and low in this thread

I'm looking at getting some 19 x 9.5 +30 for the rears with 245/35 19s.

It's looking like it's gonna be a REALLY close fit.
Is it possible?

5x100 is not the correct bolt pattern.

Default Wheels

Are there some used wheels that are commonly available that are 18”. A wheel that fits without spacers and just looks better than oem. Would have to be extremely clean. For example I see a lot of 19” infinity wheels. Thanks

Only you know what you think looks better than OEM.
Look at the pinned threads for what wheel specs to look for, and go shopping.

I ran 245/40/18 in the front & 265/35/18 in the rear & had 0 issues with the set up for years. I'm running 19's now

I’m posting my tire experiment.

This car is my cruiser/highway/bad weather machine. We have decent roads in my town, but many small towns near do not. So I picked up one sidewall size over the OEM.

F 225/50/18 18x8 +45
R 255/45/19 18x8.5 +50

The car is on Tein Flex coils on the shipped settings

No rubbing, very smooth ride compared to my ISF and smoother than the Z4. Much better handling than the blown stock setup that can off.

Default Wheel Fitment Help for 2001 Lexus Gs300

Hey there! I posted a thread about a different set of wheels that I was planning on getting that I ended up not purchasing. I’m on a really tight budget so I’m trying to make something work. I found this pair and I’ll be linking pictures showing them and all the measurements. They are 18x8 with +38 offset. I plan on keeping mostly everything stock including suspension. Would really appreciate some help! And also would like to hear some tire recommendation. I saw someone putting this pair of wheels on his LS430 with 245/45 tires. Please let me know what you think!

Default Wheel Fitment Advice

Hey guys going on a 4 hour trip to pick up some wheels this Tuesday and was wondering if anyone had some advice or think the wheels wouldn’t fit my car. I plan on lowering my car a bit but not too much since I’m not looking for an aggressive look. I found a staggered rennen CSL 2 setup. Measurements are 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +38. Tires in the front are 225/35/19 and 235/35/19 in the back. I’ll attach some images at the end of the thread. What do yall think? And what suspension modification would yall recommend? Springs? Thank you!

Default 18x9 +12 vs 18x9.5 +22(both running 245/40 tires)

I have a quick question for any one running these specs. Which one will be a better fit on the 2gs? Possibly a 235 on the 18x9 as well? I hear the +12 would have 3.5mm of more poke.

What stance will you have? What else are you doing to make them fit? Both of those are going to rub if you're lowered, a lot with a 245/40. The 9 +12 will have 3.7mm more poke.
