Right now it's at.. -2.29 degrees on the left and -.012 degrees on the right..

Sounds like that is the culprit cause that's the same exact thing that's going on with mine.. Littlest thing in the road can cause it to just drift away.. Even a bump or a pot hole..

Will do. You too! Seems like this rain is going to go straight through 'till Thursday.

-2.29 is REALLY off. Toe out in the rear will easily induce oversteer if not careful, yet you have more than 2.40 degrees total.

grr this is terrible.. I'm ordering my toe links asap and getting an alignment done right after.. Hopefully I can place my order tomorrow and get them in sometime next week.. I was trying to wait a little so I could just do my ball joints/tie rods/toe links all at once and then get an alignment once all of that was done, but I might end up doing 2 alignments..

I say you need an alignment also.

i know this might be a really easy answer, but have you checked your tires? Bald under inflated tires + water can make your car go sideways pretty easy.

The IS200 is a straight six (1G-FE).

My first Toyota was an '81 Celica 22R 4-banger RWD. Been driving Toyota ever since. Before the Celica it was mostly Mopar. Still have my '74 Challenger small block and a six pack setup (the original 4bbl carb is in the garage somewhere).

Admittedly the current family minivan (Sienna) is FWD which the wife drives mostly but we also went through two Previa's -- both RWD four bangers.

I think the only car that ever really surprised me with a spin out is my current GS400. A couple of years ago it was really icy and I wanted to see how good my new Goodyear GW3 snow tires were. I hit the gas pretty good and the car did a couple of wild 360's and wound up on the far side of the road facing the other way. The traction control was going nuts trying to keep up. Didn't stand a chance with the conditions as they were...

It's the rear tow alignment like what has been mentioned. Anyone who has put RCAs on the rear which throws out the rear tow significantly can relate. Once the car is aligned back into spec the rear settles in like normal. Before I got my alignment done after installing the RCA's the car felt nearly undrivable like how yours is right now. After alignment not problem. The rear toe is extremely sensitive on the Lexus GS.
