If I have a 15mm spacer in front and 20mm rear with 3gs rims that are +45, I would need +30 in front and +25 in rear to achieve the same fitment with a different wheel and no spacers? Thanks people..

Kind of a rookie question I know but I just put factory 18s off a GS450h on my 02 GS that had the original 16s. They came with the original tires (245-40-18 runflats) so I went to those from my 215-55-16s. I also just had the car dropped 1" on eibachs and switched out the struts with KYBs. Do I need spacers for this setup or am I ok without??
Actually, whazzzzuup is correct. Offset is the distance from the center of the rim to the mounting surface. For example, when you go from x8 to x8.5, the center is only affected by .25". (Center = .5 of 8 is 4, .5 of 8.5 is 4.25) To maintain similar fitment, the offset is only changed by .25" => 6.35mm.
why would you want to do something like that??? just order the right wheels in the first place
Im sorry was that a response to my question? If so: why would I?? Why would I want to upgrade my original wheels but still stick with something factory? Again, if it's a response to me, then what kind of question is that? There are tons and tons of people doing it. In fact there are numerous lengthy threads on 3GS 18 upgrades. They look good and still keep Lexus OEM parts on my car!
Now for anyone else, getting back to my question.. do I need spacers with this setup. I dropped my GS on Eibachs and KYB GR2s. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

By the looks of it, that is not response to your question. He was commenting on the offsets in the +50s and +60s. Secondly, your question was asked in another person's thread. Please don't be alarmed if your question does not get answered.
Regarding your question: you will need a +28mm (front) and +33mm (rear) spacer to be almost flush with your wheels.
