Hi.i'm trying to remove a lock from back door to change actuator,but i can't pull it out.i was trying to remove handle ,but i cant reach second screw.anyone done it before?thank you in advance.

There should be about 4 screws on the side of the door. Remove those and it should come loose. GL

i know i removed it already,but its stucks by a door handle.

Pull the cable that connects to the door handle on the door panel and it should come out.

You need to remove the outside door handle to allow spacing for the lock assembly to be removed. You will need a small 10mm crescent wrench (about 4" long) to loosen the innder 2 bolts holding the outside door handle to the door frame. See my DIY notes.
