Default parking lights not working 2002 GS300

Hello,

My brother just got a 02 GS300, but it didn't come with a owner's manual...

I need to know where the fuse is for the tail lamps. There is 0 exterior lighting with the switch in "p" mode. Head lights work fine in Low and High when activated by switch. DRL works fine too. The rear bulbs tested good, brake lights illuminate when peddle depressed, but no parking lights from front or rear.

I've looked in the passenger kick panel, under the hood near battery, near the master cylinder with no luck. where else is there a small fuse panel ???

Thanks for the help!

Kareem

I did a quick search and found this.
