Ok dude, the fist and most important thing, DO NOT LOSE THIS PLASTIC PIECE!!!! Lexus does not sell it at all, whether you buy a new pump or a new filter, so if you lose it, you'll have to find a whole used assembly somewhere at a junk yard.

I'm gonna find my diagrams and update you.

One of the plastic inserts goes in between the fuel filter assembly and suction plate, and the rubber o-ring get put onto the plastic groomet. The O-ring is circled in my diagram (the upper one)

I don't remember now, but I assume only one of them will fit.

I think the other one might go between the pump and the filter.

Just make sure you don't lose any parts from the old assembly. Your fuel system is pressurized at 55psi, so if you lose one of the o-rings or groomets, you're going to be in trouble.

Take and post pics of all the plastic gromets and o-rings that fell out. I might be able to remember and help you a bit more.
