ok well i have an update: i bled the brakes again 3 more times and i used clear hose to see exactly how much air was in the system and it was a very very small amount. i bleeded all 4 calipers in the correct order. before that i bled the master but i dont know if i did it the right way, i disconnected each of the brake lines one after the other and had someone hold on the brake pedal and clear liquid came thru, im not too sure i did this correct but the brakes are still terrible you have to almost get it to the ground to stop. My buddy said to unplug the battery maybe to reflash the abs system but still no luck. the system has no air on it, and it cant be a bad master becasuse it was working perfectly bvefore i removed the calipers to paint them. ughhh i wish id never taken them off and painted them while on the car.....

Hey bud, i actually fixed this issue a long time ago on my former GS. It turned out to be my caliper pins they were seized. After i put new pins and grease car had perfect brakes. I dont know if you have ever checked the pins but it would not be a bad idea.
