Shaking while braking problem
Hey guys. My car shakes when I apply the brake. Worse at high speeds. There is a loud pulsation and vibration.
I changed the front rotors, pads, upper control arm ,bushings.
Funny thing is, when its rainy and wet (after wash) it doesn't do it as much until its dry again.
Could it be the rear brakes? Tie rods?
Any help would be AWESOME!!!!
Thanks guys!

Hmmm. I had it aligned too, but wasnt the greatest alignment.
It only shakes and vibrates VERY loud when I hit the brakes.
Maybe I will try to get it aligned again.

What do you guys make of it that the shaking/vibration goes almost away when it gets wet?
Possibly the rear rotors? The noise seems to be coming from the front right.

i had the same issue when i had stock brakes and it was a combination of the guide pins as well as the rotors. i think it may be the rotors. if you've ever slammed on the brakes at one point they may have warped or obtained uneven wear. so when you brake, especially under a large load or downhill the car will vibrate every time your caliper runs over that groove in the rotor. might be time to resurface them or replace them too?

Do you think that would stop the violent vibration?
I thought this might be a calliper problem but I'm not sure.
I guess it has to be some kind of brake system problem right? It only
happens when I press the brake. Gets worse the faster I'm going and hit the brakes.
