Low idle in REVERSE????
OK, so I was backing out of a parking lot today, and as I slowly inched along, the revs would bounce between 250 rpms to 500 rpms. I put it in drive and it did it for a few seconds but cleared up. I had the AC on, no lights.
After another 10 minutes of continuous driving, it seemed normal. Then I went to another parking lot, shut the car off, turned it back on, put it in reverse and it did the same thing. Put it in drive, no problem.
I'm thinking maybe cleaning the throttle body and MAF may help....thoughts?

bump....noone's encountered this I suppose...I AM a searcher too...wasn't able to find any threads with a similar issue...only ones with acute or constant idling issues....
I'm thinking that doing the MAF and TB cleaning may help....but hoping that's all it could be.
