Welp I think so but maybe but mine could be too, here is how I got it

I fill up usually between 1/8 and right when light comes on. So 320 miles driven divided by 15 gallons used is 21.333 miles per gallon. Right? This is a rough estimate sometimes its more than 320 or less than that I don't keep up on my TP all the time and so many different variables

Same here I have a gs300 and i drive very conservative. By the time the light comes on its around 260-270miles. 90% city driving. Engine is bone stock + a K&N filter.

i just recently did that as well, this time i actually reset my ecu so maybe that might help after it reconfigures itself? the K&N is not drenched in oil, alot of folks i know tend to over spray the oil and thats what slobbers over the maf i put light coats where its medium-pink and not bright red.

maybe its the spark plugs. I changed out my oem denso's for the NGK IFR6711's :\

I just got 387 miles out of my first tank in my GS300. That equates to 23MPG.

its the cities we live in. if you've ever been here, there isnt much highways here and there are alot of hills. its just not realistic for me to achieve a high mpg in city.
however, i did get abt 400miles once during a road trip.

I think so too! sometimes hearing these numbers makes me feel like something is wrong with my car lol. Can it be the gas and the 10% ethanol? I know in New Jersey right near the Holland Tunnel the gas there do not contain that 10% ethanol and from butt dyno it seems to quiet down my engine and accelerate a bit better?

Ethanol does take more to burn, so gas mileage would be affected. Using gas without Ethanol would give you better gas mileage. But you got no choice if you live in an area that uses Ethanol.

The MPG shouldn't be that much either, I'm assuming 1-3 mpg difference.

cause with the gallons i put in the car and how many miles i got this past tank im getting
240/16=15 miles a gallon!!!!

and i drive a gs400
WHAT?!?! 15 MPG?!?!

I would be satisfied for that gas mileage LOL living here in Brooklyn, gas mileage for my GS400 is about 10-12 miles per gallon. And NO its not only my car, from full, doing nothing but city driving I get about 200-220 miles outta the tank.

EVERYONE I know out here with a GS400/430 or LS400/430 gets the SAME sucky gas mileage. Matter fact I know GS300's get just about the same also.

What city do you live or drive in?
But seriously, 15 MPG aint that far off from the EPA estimate 17-18 MPG if you consider the fact that MOST cars don't get the estimated MPG.

If you feel that it's misfiring, check it out, though
