Damn sorry to see that! Especially after a fresh paint job. 
Welcome to CL tho.
On a couple side notes, I only go to one tire shop that I trust cuz my brother used to work there, and even then I take the wheels off the car and bring them the wheels instead of letting them have the car and worrying about them messing something up. I hate anyone else handling my car.
The other thing, I know most of the internet shorthand but what does FML stand for?

That sucks big time! I can picture you running for the wheel though 
How can a tire shop, forget to tighten nuts? Its something I assume, do daily

damn at 1st i thought you were aired down. but then i thought your balljoints gave out. and now i guess your wheel fell off.. LOL make sure they check out your balljoints since it fell on the floor like that it could have caused great damage to them.
