No issues. I removed them myself with a help of my friend. I did a search on here on how to remove tints. One of the thread shows tools needed were
-Steamer
-Tweezer
-3m or any aerosol spray Adhesive remover
-Winow/glass cleaner (I prefer Invisible Glass)
I just pretty much steamed the window and tint for about 5 minutes and used the tweezer to fiddle the edge until its flimsy then slowly remove/peel the tint with the steamer as a guide pattern to loosen up the adhesive in the direction your peeling the tint off. When your done any leftover adhesive just use the adhesive remover to clean them up (might need some elbow grease on some adhesive) and glass cleaner to clean it up.

My defroster works perfectly fine. I think they only mess up when your peeling and its really tacky and sticky to the window because its not steamed enough or the adhesive isnt soften. Also if you noticed I didnt put razor blade up in the list of items needed. That can cause damage to the defroster line "only" if you use the blade on it or use it incorrectly.
