Default My Girls New GS 400 Cinnabar Pearl what?

My girl just bought this 98 Lexus GS 400 in the rare Cinnabar Pearl!
THIS IS WHAT THE CAR CAME WITH, JUST CONSIDER THESE BEFORE PICS!
22x9" Giovanna Cuomos, Fully loaded with aftermarket system, Greddy Evo 2 Dual Cat-Back Exhaust and K&N Filter.

Yes I know its Donk And kinda Ghetto now! Im no NOOB when it comes to cars and styling! Just a years long lurker on this board... I am actually a successful Body Shop Owner that produces some High Quality Show Cars. Again, these are before pics!

FUTURE PLANS:
Coilovers
22x10.5" Cuomos in rear(or 25mm spacers for the cheap route now in rear)
(Possibly downsize to 20 or 21, but my girl likes the 22"s,but she knows a good 3pc VIP rim set will own all in end)LOL
Redo interior to a presidential VIP style
Grill
Keepin it clean, but possible kit or spolier setup.

Onto the pics, heres a few and heres a link to the album: http://s109.photobucket.com/albums/n...Lexus%20GS400/

thoose rims are NOT VIP. looks like a damn scrapper/donk. max 20's on VIP style cars. good rim choice would be works vsxx or work varianza. the xxr 502's don't look to bad eitheir.

Lose the garbage rims and the stickers. Then, you'll be good to go.

I would definitely scale down to 20" max with a staggered setup. Good luck to you and your girl.

Thumbs down

Haters

LMFAO

You guys are funny. I told my girl she'd get hated on. We dont care. This is how the car was purchased. If you'd view the future mods in my first post we have our plans in place, consider these the before pics!

Ive had an SC in the past with Volk 3pc 19"s. And I got my beloved baby 240SX (S14.5,700+hp)with some very aggresive Work Equips! 18x11 -25 offset rear 18x9.5 -15 front. So yea... I know about how to take this car where it needs to be! Ask Adrian(the mod with one of the baddest GS's ever for sale) or Solo Kam with the Green VIP'd GS! I own a shop and like I said, my girl just got this, so go back up top and read future plans!

Yea the 22" emblems will be first to go! LOL

...But if I can make a wider 22 fit in the rear... 22"s will stay...Keep on Hatin away if you want!

Heres a few my other rides from past.... only have the widebody 240 now...

I think the reason people think you're going that route is because of your post
"Future Plans:
Coilovers
22x10.5" Cuomos in rear(or 25mm spacers for the cheap route now in rear)
(Possibly downsize to 20 or 21, but my girl likes the 22"s "

That makes it seem like you want 22s still, hell you want even more aggressive 22s.

And this post just sound weird. I dont think she KNOWS that at all, i think thats just you talking.

"(but she knows a good 3pc VIP rim set will own all in end)LOL"

And i have never heard of vip refered to as "A presidential vip style"
Redo interior to a presidential VIP style!

At first glance it just seems like you dont know what you're doing in general. Dont belive me? re-ask anyone here thats just how it came off. Your other cars are tastefully done, its just that what you posted here didnt make it sound like it. Just trying to explain why people replied like they did.

Hmm, well to each his own however most of the people on here aren't going to be rim friendly especially if your going to go that high however I think some of them might change there minds if you are riding Air...But hey enjoy your car, it is yours to enjoy.

first off, congrats on the car to your girl. cinnabar pearl is definitely a hard color to find. at first when i saw the 22'' emblem, i immediately thought of an impala. lol! but it is a great car. personally, if you're still gonna stick with the 22'' rims, check out some air ride suspension. im not sure if the coils will help too much even with a big drop. your other cars look great as well!

Danm I didnt know Dr. Phil was on these forums!!! I have alot of issues if I can PM you we could talk for hours, maybe explain my whole life! Cause it is confusing! Sorry if I came off confusing to you guys! I was in a hurry and just threw this up. THENI figured I'd go in and clarify some things! AND Yes it is me and my girl talking! So I understand where things got confusing. She's letting me basicly take the car in my hands. So New rims are a definate as I dont roll anything but staggered multi pc rims! lol

Thanks for all the comments, good and bad!
