He figured out a new "electric" motor fix for those western region members here who have regulator problems.
For those CL members located in Socal Tommy@ MusicBox can help fix both your failing regulators for even less than the (1/2) price of a single regulator from OEM lexus..(New retails for well over 425) ...

This has been covered before. He uses toyota actuators and charges around 65 a pop.

You have to gauge whether disassembling your door panel and your whole lock assembly is worth getting it done by a professional.
