Weird gurgling sound coming from behind the dash?

Hey guys. 99GS4, 144k miles. A few days ago I started hearing this weird gurgling noise coming from behind the dash when I accelerate from a stop. It only lasts a few second. It could be coming from the vents, but I'm not completely sure, and it makes this sound whether the climate control is on or off. Any idea what this might be? Any idea why I hear it only when I'm accelerating from a standstill and at no other times? Thanks for your help. e

I had this problem too. I had the coolant flushed and burped the system until no more air bubbles were visible after the fans kicked on.

Took care of it.

I have the sound too......I thought it was a loose nut behind the dash. Sounded like behind the stereo.

easy e- it's air in the coolant. run the car with the rad cap off long enough for the t-stat to open and shut a few times, preferably on a hill with the front higher. then top it off with water(distilled if you can).

its a hungry mouse.

It might be the adjustment motor trying to set. If you put the air setting on floor does it change the sound?
