Default Newb to CL, just picked up a gs300

Whats up CL, names Steve and I run driftPA.com and I finally picked up the gs Ive wanted for a while now. I picked her up stupid cheap, so time to get her moving faster, lower and well, those are the two main ones. But yeah, I'm looking to do a Daily Drifter in case my s14 blows up or something. Already looking at coilovers, something streetable and weekend tracking. Wheels are final option after I add a jdm front, since those jdm front fenders are so nasty(want to make sure my offset is on point). But the only downside is 180k chassis. I'm thinkin aristo low mileage(or Km, whatever) 2j to get her going off the bat. I really want it turbo first, once thats settled, coils. I was curious the most efficient ways to get what I want. jdm panels, maybe upgraded brakes are all factors in getting my ride some jdm hotness. Open to any guidance or opinions, I'm no toyota expert... Nissan was always more my thing, Toyota was always plaguing me with interest tho.

Some pics...

Thanks for all the welcomes, excited to finally have an excuse to be on here a lot.

anybody with some drift experience help would be nice too. see, I'm not going traditional VIP or anything. I'm just catering to my needs. Ive searched and read a lot so far, but Ive also read a lot of bull****.

for example, if a 97 aristo front clip is available to me right away, is it really worth waiting and trying to find a 98+ aristo clip?

like as for brakes, i know they(97 clips) come with supra TT Auto brakes, but is that really an upgrade from the factory gs300 brakes?

ya, the jdm fenders are wider and look like they add some extra muscle. they also lack that rolled lip look.
