very nice work..

I like how you painted the housing.. I also, did this mod a few years ago. I did it the hard way. With a heat gun. haha.

ONLY thing i would do differently OP is when you put the headlight in the over, take a cookie sheet, flip it upside down and do it on that. DONT put the headlight straight on the rack. it will burn. could also safely remove your top rack and sit it on the bottom rack. oh and try the 3m headlight restorer it works well.

Man you did a great job... you should buy a few sets of lights and do the samething and then sell them for a few bucks more... looks great
