And... the inners are LS430's with the bowls cutoff. The outters are the E46 bi-xenon that are fully functional and when i turn on the high beams, the cutoff shield goes down and these are the high beams.
well they look great for what its worth

That came out very sick!! But you stated that you used the LS430's in the high beam area? They look really weird to me, what happened to the bowl that is usually under the ls430 projectors?

that cutoff is sick but like mckrevice said, housings don't match up too well. During the day the headlights look out of place.

Wait can you explain your E46 situation? Do you have the bi-xenon feature in the high beam (inners)? Can you take shots of the lights from your engine bay for fitment?

I believe his inners are LS430 projectors that were cut down.

his outters are the bi-xenon bimmer ones.

Make custom ones and then paint them chrome.

I think its too much light with them all on. Looks blurred out. Hazy..

The cutoff doesn't look clean. Nice work though and I bet thats a whole lotta money invested.

bkllinGS, here's a helpful hint, right next to the (quote) button there's a ("+) button. You can go down the list of posts and click on the ("+) button each one you want to reply to and hit the (post reply) button on the bottom of the page when you're done. That way you can respond to everyone's post in ONE post instead of having to make multiple posts. Unless you're trying to get your post count up

NIce..i didnt want to bother touching my new housings so i sent them out for retro, we'll see how they come out.
I did touch the Ebay halos and cleaned up the shields, not bad, but still nothing compared to a true Projector.

Nice retrofit. I personally don't like the Halo. It makes the inners look very blue compared to the low beams. Wow.... it looks so bright with 4 low beams on.

Thank you Speedaddic As you can see I don't post much. I wasn't trying to get my post count up. Just don't know what I'm doing

If you like it, I would leave it. Custom shrouds seem like a PITA to make, so if the light output is good enough for you, I, personally, would just leave it.
Yeah, i think we are talking about the same thing. The outters do have a lot of space around them. Its not as noticeable in person as in the pictures though.

Yup.

And, thanks for everyone's compliments. Everyone's approval makes it worth the work.
