that problem can be simply fixed with a custom shroud...speaking of which, are you going to put in one? mad props for having 4 projectors...I can only dream about that level of awesomeness.

I hadn’t planned on it. Even though I have the old gen headlights, probably the same style that he took out, I don’t really have a problem with them. At least not enough to start modding them. If someone sold the assembly as a whole that was OEM looking with say the LS460’s, I would be interested.

Do you mean the shrouds are too small and there is too much space?
I know this... I'm not that happy with it, but the Cayenne are the biggest shrouds i could find. I didn't wanna make any custom ones because i wanted them chrome.

I am not sure how the headlights are constructed but I am guessing that the middle part comes out? Then you put in place the new projectors? What I mean is that there are pretty decent sized gaps around the projectors. I am sure you spent a decent amount of time on it, but obviously it would look better flush. If you like it, I would leave it. Custom shrouds seem like a PITA to make, so if the light output is good enough for you, I, personally, would just leave it.

Did it on my own. I would only do stuff like this on my own car though. I wouldn't want to mess up someone else's headlights.

And... the inners are LS430's with the bowls cutoff. The outters are the E46 bi-xenon that are fully functional and when i turn on the high beams, the cutoff shield goes down and these are the high beams.
