Default Tanabe DF210 vs. H&R on 18" wheels

Hi,

Can anybody tell me how much lower it'll be with the DF springs comparing to the H&R sport springs on a set of 18" wheels? I'm looking to lower my car more but I'm really clueless on whether I'm making a big difference in the height or not. I've seen some pics from other threads of 19's with the DF's but they don't come out the same even with the same combo so I don't want to waste money if it's not going much lower. Please someone help me out in the decision, thanks!!!
