Default where to purchase upper control arms?

Sewell had it both before for only 450 not its up to 700+. Does anyone know of a cheaper place to purchase these arms at?

$450 for each arm u mean....

OEM control arms are pretty costly.
the only alternative is the aftermarket ones. and Im pretty sure most people on here will tell you to not do those.

no it was actually for both. This was like maybe 5 months ago. It was a kit for both left and right

yikes well that was probably a Sewell sale they had going on at the time...
thats a great deal... wish I knew bout it way back when.

I'd have to agree with the OP... Sewells prices have gone up.. anywhere from control arms to bushings prices have gone up.. I remember with discount the control arms were in the 550's.. Now there 700.00...

Even the steering rack bushing are pushing 50.00 and the daizen bushing kit is 149.00. TM has them for 99.00.. i like Sewell but like i said there prices have gone up in recent months..

Lexus says I have a cracked control arm bushing which may be why I have the 55-65mph shake but they want over $1000 to fix. I was under the assumption you could replace a bushing without replacing the arm. Am I incorrect?

These are not good?

If it is just the bushing, why not just get the bushing kit from Daizen? It is only a little over $100 or the bushings

Because I see some people with the Daizen's complaining about how it stiffens the ride.

wouldnt u want a stiffer ride so u can feel whats going on? jus sayn... i am currently looking for daizen kit or some better bushings for my ride i need it went.... 2 mechanics and said the same thing... called the dealer and they want $607.00 a piece for the control arm man! crazy! dont even need the ball joint either..... do the math buy the kit!
