Exclamation Have a shudder problem.. maybe tranny or TC? please read!

hey guys.. recently I've had this shudder vibration coming from the central area of the car.. I'll give u a recent history of what id id with the car... it has been driving fine and then i got a supra tt lsd.. of course i punched it around a little.. when i bolted up the drive shaft i put too many washers unevenly and had a vibration but fixed that.. then i installed a tranny cooler.. topped off my fluids and went on... a day later i went to the track.. ran 16 times... got a weird vibe at some point but didn't notice anything really.. a week later i get this shudder.. only when I'm on the highway tho.. usually in 4th or 5th gear when i get on the gas a little to pass someone it will sometimes shudder.. if i nail it.. it wont do it at all.. and when it does it if i let off then it goes away but if i stay in it with the same pressure speeding up it'll keep doing it.. Ive been thinking could it be the rear? but i don't think so because i would think that it would do it all the time. now could it maybe be the torque converter? when it changes how it grabs depending on amount of gas given? TC is my top choice... but it could also be the tranny.. or maybe the tranny cooler blocking the flow of fluid back to the tranny.. but i highly doubt that one.. let me know what you guys think! i appreciate any feedback
