Hello, so as I went to leave work my car was making a loud ticking noise, and once I opened the car no lights on or power, got a jump light came on and the cars alarm, I think it died while sounding the alarm and the clicking noise was the alarm trying to sound with no power, now the car had power, but 0 crank and makes no noises besides what sounds like the fuel pump turning on, other then that no noise, tryed taping the starter while starting it, leaving key in on for 6m then turning off then on. Any suggestions, if not I will need to tow my car from the works parking lot, cleaned battery terminals.

Pull the battery out and take it to a parts store, have them charge and test it, it’s free. If it’s good and won’t start the car, then check back. But I bet it’s bad or something in the charging system is the issue. U shone able to remove the battery with just a 10mm wrench
