Default CEL Help: Charcoal canister

hey all, had this CEL on and off for a lil while tryn to figure out what it is. the code is P0441 Evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow. I don't see any cracks in the vacuum hose, granted i'm looking at the correct hose? Perhaps someone on here can help before I give the local toyota stealership some more of my cash:

got an update from the stealership: they say its the chracoal canister, I've sent a PM to aliga and will probably post a WTB in the classified but if anyone knows where I could find one ASAP that would be nice, this stealership always trys to put me through the ringer on parts, they've never been accurate on cost.

The charcoal canister is located above the differential. Make sure your gas cap is on tightly. Check the condition of the gas cap. The rubber o- ring on the gas cap should not be cracked. Also check the purge line under the hood. There is a post on this. Try searching. GL!
