xenonking.com, he's got a coupon code that will give you your set for 179 a piece. Had mine almost a year (6000k low beam) and not a single flicker yet, even in the nasty New England weather.

http://www.mobilehid.com/cl.htm <<< discounted for CL members down to $140 shipped!
Here's the ballast after getting hit with a hammer over 50 times..
In the video there were only about 20 hits, but that was the third take. lol.

not to flame your product but those are china-made ballast. a product getting hit by a hammer doesn't show quality. that ballast has a metal casing LOL. build any metal 2 gauge box in that geometry and it will stand the same abuse.
If you want to show quality, you should do voltage testing under extreme conditions.
OP, i suggest NONE of those vendors. go to a better source such as hidplanet.com
those vendors you listed seems to sell china made knockoff ballast and bulbs. there's a reason why their kits range from 50 dollars to 130 dollars.
if you want quality, go with OEM such as Hella Gen III ballast and OEM philips bulbs.
http://www.hidplanet.com/package.html
here's a picture to compare the quality of knockoff ballast to quality ballast:
china/ebay crap are the left and middle. the right is Hella.

Not everything labeled "made in china" is crap and not everything OEM is reliable either.
The guys over at HIDplanets are more OCD on HIDs so of course they're going to lean more towards Denso, Matsusita/Panasonic, Bosch, Hella, etc. Whats more important is track record. Cliff's HID products seems to have very very low failure rate. If something does happen, he's always on the spot to get things right. There are lots of crappy china-made kits out there, but MobileHID is one of the very few I'd run in my own car.
