I can't give a comparison, but I after 5 months...I LOVE my Toyo T1-S tires. They give great control and a smooth ride without as much road noise as I had expected.

Thumbs up T1-S All The Way!

T1-S All Day Long Baby! Now although I have not "personally" rolled the others, based on my experience with these Toyo's (I've put em' through the ringer a few times!) They grip like a ***** ***********, and I usually don't drive in the rain, but recently I had to and, "Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!" It was like dry pavement! No type of pulling or wandering with the T1-S. And I have a feeling (based on previous experience with Toyo & Nitto- owned by Toyo) it'll outwear anything on the market!!!

what kind of driving? is there alot of rain where you live? DO you track the car at all ,,example Driving Schools?

I have had S-02's, Rosso's, and now S-03's on my car. Have driven in car with the Toyo's.

These were 235/40-18 sizes.

For just plain ol street driving, looking for quietness, ride quality and comfort, the Rosso's are best. Just ride quieter/better than the S-03's , 02's and T1-s.

If you have rain where you live the S-03 and T1-s are good choices, they offer better wet grip.

If you like to do canyon runs, or spirited drives the S-03 and Toyo are best with the T1-s having better grip as they get hot, the S-03 gets looser(sp?).

If you are deciding between the 03 and t1s, the S03 are quietier on the road. Both tires will get louder as they wear. The Rosso stayed quiet all during its life.

The Toyo used to be a great deal, but since it has become popular the price has gone up to where the others top brands are.

So if normal driving - Rosso, then 03,thenT1s
Spirited driving - S-03, T1s, Rosso
If track car sometimes - T1s, S03, Rossos

I have tracked the 03, and rossos, 03's had slightly better grip, but thats not to say the Rossos were a slouch, they were very good! Still though, from friends I hear the T1s tracks better than both.

From a wear stand point, which wears faster.

The treadwear rating for each is S03=220, T1s=280 and Rosso=240. All are AA A temp and traction rating.
I got 20k outta the rosso's and that included a 2 day track event at Streets of Willow. Without the track event maybe could have gotten 24-26k. With the rosso need to watch the wear , especially the middle of the tread.
Another tire you may wish to check out is the Falken Azenis RS. It is brand new treadwear of 200(soft). Supposedly a very sticky tire. You can try falkentire.com. Limited sizes right now but more will be offered. I had checked on a 235/45-17 tire for track use and was quoted a price of $110 each!!.
So on the street the S-03 and Rosso will wear the same and the Toyo should last just a shade longer.
