Default Motor mount question

Hi fellows
Guys, how many times had you ever replaced the motor mounts, specially the front driver side, if any?
All of you that have big horse power motors, did you reinforce this mount to be stronger?
Mine is broken... (stock GS4) and was thinking to cross a bolt from side to side through the rubber and bolt in to ensure will not broke any more. (with some other small rubbers in the top to avoid metal to metal)

What do you think about this? (hope you understand the concept)

i think the lexus gs motor mounts are pretty soft/weak. mine are about 60% worn and i've only got about 105,000km/63,000 miles and is not abused. i've also had to replace my transmission mounts so all their mounts are pretty bad. I've never heard of other cars which need replacing of mounts like my lexus.

Are you saying you're going to have a bolt go through the rubber mount? Keep in mind there is dampening fluid inside the mount.

Really GSteg? Never mind... I think there are 2 mounts, one fluid dampening, other not.
Let see what others have to say that have seen/changed this mount.
Wondering if I can see a diagram.
Thanks

2 engine mounts, 1 tranny mount. I was surprised to see only 2 mounts holding this V8 to the chassis, but I guess the more mounts you have, then its just another pathway for vibration to travel.

My engine mount was replaced 2 years ago and all of the fluid leaked out.
