I test drove a 430 a few days ago and noticed that the headrests were much firmer than on my 400. If I rest my head on the head rest on the 400 with headreat in forward position, it slips very easily to the furthest back position. On the 430 the headrest is firm enough to hold any position from front to back.

Any ideas on how the headrests on the 400 can be tightened up so that they would hold their position better. I must say I am surprised Lexus didn't use the ratcheting mechanism that they had on the old Supra's and Cressida's. Those headrests were very nice.
