Default exterior body panel removal

i'm trying to remove the lower panels on the doors and fenders for some deep cleaning.

i tried using the sewell lexus diagrams but i still cant seem to get the pieces that cap the side skirts off.

anyone has something a bit more detailed than the sewell diagrams (they are too cluttered)?

there are 5-6 screws by the door step once you open the door and there are around 7 plastic clips under the car that you will need to pop. I suggest you buy new plastic clips because the ones under the car are hard to remove and usually they break. Also two screws by the wheel well need to be removed.
