do you guys change your own oil??
well i dont and dont have time for that matter! i been trying to find a place that will change my oil, but damnit my car doesnt even clear those places where you just drive in and they drain from the bottom. And i dont even want to try getting it on a lift the front wont clear at all.
what do you guys do in this kind of situation? i still need to get my alignment done .
any of you houston fellows have any specific location that does alignment and oil changes to lowered cars?

regarding alignment, for the first time, i've seen these underground alignment machines. pretty much the ramp is level with the ground of the garage and most of the equipment is underground.
ive seen this for the first time at JosephDoc's shop. With this machine, if your car is lowered, you need not to worry.

like someone else said already.. just drive up on some 2x4 peices of lumber or smaller if necessary... its what i have to do on my lowered 350z for pretty much anything that has an incline.

I don't trust anybody other than myself working on my car. I always change my own oil, or anything for that matter.... Unless I need to get something aligned or whatever.
and to answer your question, I believe the GS300 takes up to 5 liters and any brand would be fine. Just make sure you use the correct oil, it specifies which to use on the cap.
