Trailer Hitch on GS400 - for bike rack
Anyone here done this, I just got a quote for $240 to install a custom hitch on my Lexus GS400.
Wondering how stupid this is gonna look, but I need to get my bikes around.
Will be sort of like this:

Dude, get a electric fold-away hitch or atleast a removable one
-those hitches are popular here.. but they have to be removeable/electric foldaway style)
Tow hitches have a long way to go in the US lol.. a very yery long way.
idea: import one from germany..electric foldaway style (about 900 euros..not to bad considering what you get) plus a bike attachment (another 3-400 for a high quality product)
Gm even offers a factory bike rack that slides outta the bumper(on Opel corsas)

I had a 325i that had a trailer hitch on it, I used either tow my tractor, quad, or snowblower on the trailer with it. Talk about weird looks. Esp when the trailer is wider than the car and you blow by them at 75-80mph...I didnt care what people though....my cars are working cars...Im actually trying to find a trailer hitch for my gs400 too. Ill ****ing tow with that too, even when i put 20's on it

Any objections to these?
Cheap, portable, stowaway
I have these when I take the bikes out to the park.
There's other models out there.

Edit: sorry about the balljoints

I have been wondering about a hitch as well. My mountain bike doesn't have the cross bar, so I can't use the carrier shown above. I have a very nice one that carries it by the wheels, but it requires a tow hitch.
