Default Sunglass holder, JDM only?

I have seen on L-tunedparts.com, the sunglasses holder that goes in place of the Homelink system. Does anybody have this instead of the homelink? Was it an option here or no? I have a homelink, but don't bother using it.

good question. but when the entire 'homelink' idea started, i think lexus ditched the sunglasses holder for it. is it a jdm part..., you can just tell people it was custom-made just for your car

I use my garage but haven't successfully been able to program it with the garage remote. I think the garage model is too old?

Maybe my garage door remote is going out then? I'll replace the battery and see if it works after.

Ya, homelink was on the US models only. If you want the sunglass holder you have to swap it out yourself, but will lose the garage/gate opener.

I'm sure nobody has the Sunglasses holder then right? I don't think it's worth the 135 dollars for it on L-tuned...ugh, it's so jdm it's expensive.

Maybe you can try to find one through Yahoo Japan Auctions through Elite Auto Style on VSC. They come stock on Aristos so it should be easier to find.

I stumbled on mine on ebay for something like $90. I know of at least one other member with it and he relocated his homelink to the visor. Someday I'll get around to relocating my homelink to the visor.
