Default Quick question about shock change price.

i bought OEM shocks from clublexus member and i went to
STS tire shop to install the shocks.

and the guy at the shop told me that the installation fee in abou 500$.
is it expensive? or they normally cahrge this much?

i bought a used shock for 100$ and now I don't know if its worth
to pay that much for just installation.

is there any good shock installer in NJ at resonable price?

Please advise me about this expensive installation.
Thank you for reading.

try posting this in the NELOC forum, tristate ppl will hook you up with some shops with possibly a lower price.

$100 for All 4? That is really cheap even a better buy if they fix the dent.

$500 is a bit to steep. I was quoted about $200 for shocks and springs install

it was $50 for each corner so it came out to $200 for all four. they never did fix the dent though. it was made from the inside... so it's acutally more like a bump looking at it from the outside of the car.
