Yeah buffing it out will clear em up but they always come back hazy unless you recoat with some anti-oxidation coating like they said before. This product RTGS400 found might last longer or even be permanent this is the difference.

Ryan, let us know if it works out!!! I'm sick of re buffing every couple months or so.

I'm curious to see people's responses to the longevity of the UV protection coating.

Any updates on the look of your headlights now? Before and after pix after 3 months, 6 months, etc?

I had this problem w/ my SC and I cleaned them with a dremel tool and polish and then ordered blue lens covers for it and never had to clean them again. After 3 yrs they still look new. I bought a GS about 6 mons ago and noticed they were starting to film over so I did the same thing and I bet someone comments on how nice they look at least once a week... Even my 84 yr old grandmother mentioned them ... The SC installed w/ no problem but w/ the GS' bubble headlights it was pretty tough you would be better off calling them and telling them to send you the uncut sheets to put on and then cut them once they are right... They have them in blue, yellow, clear and tint... Here is the link for what I bought http://lamin-x.com/ecommerce/os/cata...246c16382abe0c

So far the headlights look decent.. they look the same as in the last pictures i posted. They havent even started to turn yellow again. Im pretty happy with the kit so far, but im still looking for a more permanent solution.. such as new headlights, and clearing those. Mine still have hairline cracks and stuff.

I heard toothpaste works. It could be the lowest cost option.

I wonder if they make glass ones. i think the reason ours haze is because they are plastic. For instance, i have a buddy with a VW GTI that had the USDM lights and they yellowed up then he bought some from Germany which were glass and they never dulled. Does anyone know if the JDM ones are glass or plastic???

You have to get them from a MOC dealer.. they usually supply products to dealerships, etc.
