Default Did 120 mph today
finally got my gs300 to 120 and it still wanted to go. what a rush / no back brakes just moving racing a an e 320 benz like a 97 edition / i never knew the bnz has power like that / but we was moving on the turnpike/ was wondering what is the fastest before the govern kicks in on the gs300's.

I've done about 145-150mph one time on stock suspension ! Crazy how smooth and stable the car still was. It's weird...the car has a rough spot where it's a tad unstable around 120-130mph just a little floaty. After that, I guess the aerodynamics kick in and the car becomes rock solid. I wonder how the car will feel now that I have turbo and waaay beefed up suspension. I haven't taken the car past 100mph since I've installed the turbo lol.

it's always funny how people who mod their cars don't seem to want to go fast anymore, or just for some reason, has never gone that far.

You did 120mph on the Turnpike? Was this the NJ Turnpike?

did 140 and then i let off the gas, i was aiming to go 150 but 140 was fast enough for me

I got 2 140 2day On 80 Racing a friends 300zxTT. I started passing him at 130. wonder what ima do when i get my Aristo front clip.

curious going fast like that and you have a radar dectector will it be too late to slow down when it detects the trooper.

I did 135 mph and got nabbed!! I was racing a 745li and
the trooper clocked me at 117 mph!!

i assume you had no radar detector / and you are around to post/ if you get caught doing over 100 in florida instant locked up. if you don't mind me asking how much was that ticket.

Governer as follows:
GS300: 145-150
GS430: 150-155

Or something to that extent...someone correct me if I'm wrong.
