Near the latch there is window track guide that has a bolt. I did not take a picture of the bolt but, I have one with the bolt removed. You will see the track. It is in the way of removing the actuator. Look to the left of my hand and you will see a hole. You should have a bolt there remove this bolt. Mine matched the color of my car.

Next I loosened the door handle yes the door handle. I did not see the need to remove it but it made getting the rods off of the door handle. There are three bolts that hold it on.. again 10mm. There where thin black hole covers that I had to remove to get to the bolts that hold the handle on. There where three of them

Take all three bolts out. Gently pull the handle out the actuator rods will only let it come so far out. Those clips need to have the bottom side pushed off of the rod. That is what holds it in there. It is hard to explain. I used a screw driver to push the rod out of the plastic peice.

Next you will need a T30 wrench. The bolts are not that tight. I used an allen type wrench. There are three bolts on the side of the door right near the latch. There is one more that is on the other side under the plastic vapor barrier. Again this is a T30.

After you get the four screws out the actutor should be loose. Disconnect the two electrical connectors. They are pretty tight they have the tab that you have to press to get them out. where The fourth screw is there is a tab that helps line up the actuator. Wiggle the actuator out near the bottem of the door. Do not force anything it should just drop out.

Next.. the manual says to use three bond 1324 or equivalent. Welll... Loctite says that 271 is their equivalent. Just put a little bit. The manual says they should be tightened to 49 in.-lbf... not much at all.

Make sure that you get ahold of the window guide and move it out of the way before pushing the NEW actuator through the hole it will be in the way if you do no do this.

Use the tab on the fourth screw to hold the actuator in place while you get the rods back onto the door handle.

When putting the window regulator back in make sure that you clean and grease it. Just use a multipurpose grease.

That is pretty much it. I hope this helps out anyone that was thinking about doing this themselves. I did not find if hard. It took me about an hour and a half. I am very impressed with Lexus (Toyota) quality.
